Our team of service professionals work constantly to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications.In case you receive a defective item incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product,write/call to our customer care emmedietly on the date when you recived the product.We then either ship a replacement item (subject to availability of that particular item) or issue store credits. The credit can be used within 30 days for purchase of any other item from our website.

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible  will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our delivery boy, you can return the item through a third-party courier service.
